FRESH Rose Face Mask

Someone please tell me – where the heck did the weekend go!?

Today I have a little pick-me-up for your Monday Blues: FRESH’s Rose Face Mask. This hydrating and toning gel mask is by no means a newbie on the skin care market – with its insane cult following and 800+ reviews on Sephora.com – but after a friend of mine raved about it, I decided to give it a try.

What is it? A gel formula face mask with soothing rose petals to hydrate and tone skin.

Which skin type is it good for? All of them, baby!

What does it do? Restores radiance and suppleness to the skin, reduces redness, calms the skin and helps brighten and protect.

How do I use it? Apply to cleansed, moist skin – leave on for 5-10 minutes and rinse with water.

FRESH Rose Face Mask

Verdict: Can we talk about this packaging!? This particular jar was a 15th anniversary limited edition designed by artist Jo Ratcliffe, so it’s a little more colorful than the regular packaging – but I also love how expensive the jar looks and feels. Plus, is this not the perfect product decor for your vanity or bathroom sink?

Ok, now the important stuff. I LOVE this face mask. I love that the formula is infused with real rose petals for a luxurious feel, and the pure rosewater makes this mask smell AMAZING without being overpowering. The formula goes on silky, not sticky, and instantly cools and calms your skin. I have SUPER sensitive skin, which is why I was initially hesitant to try this mask – but after I rinsed it off, my skin felt soft, moisturized, and super soothed with absolutely no redness.

I’m not sure if this face mask is going to improve the look of my skin after extended use, but I do think this is a must-buy. Everything from the packaging to the formula is pleasantly luxurious and I think this is the perfect mask for a quick pick-me-up or any time you just feel like pampering yourself (which should be always, TYSM).

Tell me about your favorite pick-me-up mask in the comments below! I’m always looking for new products to give my skin a little lovin’.
